Vision Services

Legacy’s Frost Eye Clinic was created to treat the vision complications experienced by HIV patients. Supported by the Ryan White Care Act and the generosity of Legacy supporters, our Frost Eye Clinic has been helping Texans see and feel better since 1995. Our doctors reduce vision risks, screen for common diseases, and prescribe eyewear for thousands of patients each year, and help them lead healthier, more productive lives. Legacy offers these vision services to everyone who walks through our doors, regardless of their ability to pay.

Legacy’s Frost Eye Clinic offers a range of optometry and ophthalmology services and products, including:

• Comprehensive eye exams

• Disease screening and diagnosis

• Prescription eyewear

• Affordable, stylish frames accomodating singlevision, bi-focal, tri-focal, and progressive lenses

• Lens tinting, coating, and transition lenses

• Colored, specialty, and soft and gas permeable contact lenses

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under the Public Health Service Act, Section 330, 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
