Houston’s Largest Community Health Clinic Network Creates First Chief HR Position

HOUSTON (March 24, 2020) – Legacy Community Health, the largest FQHC in Texas, welcomes Vince Goodwine as its first Chief Human Resources Officer. The executive leadership position, which did not exist prior to Goodwine, was created to provide equitable and welcoming leadership to the health care agency’s HR department and 1,400-plus employees across Southeast Texas.
