Yoexys Truxillo brings to Legacy over 20 years of experience in health care operations and various specialties.

Prior to her work at Legacy, Yoexys held an integral leadership position with Memorial Hermann and successfully launched the first in-house infusion center for neurosciences. She has developed and implemented staffing strategies and programs that improved operational outcomes and maximized available staff resources. Yoexys has also led multiple teams with successful outcomes in areas such as patient-centered experience, business process re-engineering, business requirements development and organizational analysis.

As Vice President of Clinical Operations, Yoexys oversees daily operations for the Houston and Beaumont region clinics. She has led several practice workflow implementations to streamline clinical operational processes. Under her leadership, key performance indicators have increased significantly and rapidly. Yoexys works with a team of Senior Regional Directors who oversee the clinic leaders. She also partners with C-suite leaders to assess and implement the strategic plan for Legacy. 

Yoexys holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also working to pursue her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
