Prior to joining Legacy, Jamie dedicated over a decade to pharmacy leadership at Texas Children’s Hospital. During her tenure, she spearheaded numerous high-impact projects across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her leadership was pivotal in the design and construction of new pharmacy facilities and the establishment of cutting-edge clinical support services. Jamie’s efforts significantly expanded the hospital’s capacity to deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, contributing to the opening of new facilities and the optimization of patient care processes.
As Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Jamie will continue to provide leadership for the coordination and delivery of a variety of pharmacy and clinical support services to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Her responsibilities will encompass offering strategic clinical leadership toward the optimization of patient care; designing and managing workflows to ensure efficiency and responsive care; and promoting coordination of care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
After earning a Doctor of Pharmacy at Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, Jamie completed her post-graduate pharmacy residencies specializing in Pediatrics & Pharmacy Administration through Indiana University Health and Texas Children’s Hospital. In 2018, she continued her education and obtained her Master of Public Health with a focus on Healthcare Management at the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jamie cherishes time spent with her three children. As the spouse of a youth pastor, she dedicates a significant portion of her personal time to mentoring, teaching, and guiding students and youth volunteers in grades 6-12. One of her greatest joys is nurturing the next generation and witnessing their growth and maturation.
