America leads the world militarily and economically – and in mental health disorders. In Texas, stigma and access to behavioral care are problematic. Legacy advocates policies that make it easier for medical providers to treat patients – especially Texas’ high number of uninsured – for mental health conditions, including veterans who face PTSD and anyone who wrestles with severe depression.
