Chinelo Nweke is the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Legacy, responsible for managing and operating Legacy’s Senior Primary Care clinic sites, overseeing their day-to-day operations, financial performance and improved patient outcomes and experience for the service line. Chinelo has extensive experience in keeping Legacy’s clinics operational, through power outages, hurricanes and other natural disasters.

Chinelo started at Legacy as an operations manager and was promoted to director of clinical operations for senior care. She led operations, resulting in the opening of multiple of our Senior Primary Care clinics. During this expansion, she implemented strategic partnerships and initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service.

Chinelo earned her B.S. in Community Health from Baylor University in Waco, her MBA in Health Administration at Abilene Christian University and her doctorate in Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership and Change at the University of Southern California.

Chinelo loves spending time with her family and watching her 9-year-old son’s baseball games. She enjoys socializing with friends and participating in outdoor adventures like cliff jumping or hiking.
