Lauren Broussard serves as the youngest Director of Clinic Operations in Legacy’s history, being promoted at the age of 26.

Lauren manages over 90 staff members across three Legacy Beaumont clinics. She coordinates a multitude of operational projects, scheduling, financial and analytical management to carry out clinical operations while abiding by compliance to establish successful performance standards. Lauren introduced new methods to foster kindness, resolve conflicts, and enhance performance, resulting in a more engaged and cohesive team.

Born and raised in Nederland, Texas, Lauren is an advocate for the health and well-being of Southeast Texan residents. She graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Her strong relationship with the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce and active participation in community events demonstrate her commitment to being a pillar in the community.
