Neha Agrawal, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services
Neha Agrawal, Pharm.D., AAHIVP serves as Legacy Community Health’s Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Neha has over 20 years of experience specializing in the management of chronic care conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, chronic kidney disease, HIV and Hepatitis C. She leads Clinical Pharmacy Specialists (CPS), CPS technicians, CPS Pharmacy Interns and AmeriCorps members who are spread across five Legacy clinics. Neha and her CPS team collaborate with about 50 adult medicine clinicians on providing quality, personalized care for patients.
Her dedication to working with individuals living with HIV/AIDS and the underserved population led to her career with Legacy in 2023. Neha has a deep passion for advocacy, becoming Precinct Chair 133 of Harris County in 2020 and a board member of the South Asian American Voter Empowerment (SAAVETX) Education Fund.
Neha spent two years at Trinity University in San Antonio for her Pre-pharmacy Requisites. She then moved to the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in Austin where she received her Doctorate in Pharmacy. Neha also completed a year of post-graduate residency in Pharmacy Practice with an Emphasis on Ambulatory Care at the New York Harbor Healthcare System Veteran’s Affairs.
Outside of work, Neha actively works on making healthy lifestyle choices from exercising to meditating. She is a certified yoga teacher; enjoys gardening and has two teens she loves spending time with. Neha is also fluent in Gujarati.
