Rebekah Le, Chief Financial Officer
Rebekah Le, CPA, served as Treasurer on Legacy’s Board of Directors and has more than 25 years of experience spanning financial, administrative, and operational leadership across multiple sectors, including publicly traded, private equity, nonprofit, client-service and global environments.
Previously, Le served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MasTec Power Delivery, where she oversaw accounting, finance, internal controls, information technology, and fleet operations. Before MasTec, she held CFO roles at various organizations, including The Women’s Home and Allied Power Group. Le has a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans through collaboration with all levels of an organization, build and lead high-performing teams, streamline business operations while establishing cross-functional partnerships, and develop change management strategies for distressed, stable, and high-growth business environments.
As Chief Financial Officer at Legacy, Le is responsible for financial management, overseeing the accounting and billing departments, and ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. She also oversees bank relationships, manages the financial analyses performed on new clinics and/or services, and is involved in the development of alternative revenue streams.
With two years already invested in Legacy’s mission through her role on the Board, Le’s heart for our mission, combined with her unparalleled financial leadership expertise, makes her an ideal fit for the role of Legacy CFO.
Le earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. She also completed the Rice LINE Program and is a Certified Public Accountant and CoachRice Certified Coach (Rice University).
Beyond the office, Le and her husband have “a household divided,” with four kids in university spanning from UT-Austin, Texas A&M, and UH-Main Campus, and two in Houston ISD. She enjoys traveling with her family and says she will join in on just about any adventure (at least once), whether it be skydiving, riding in the MS150, hiking or camping. In her quiet time, Le loves to read, listen to audiobooks, work on puzzles, and catch an episode or two (or four!) of a binge-worthy show.
