Katy Caldwell, Legacy Community Health CEO, Announces Retirement From Agency

HOUSTON (July 21, 2021) – After 25 years of steadfast leadership, Legacy Community Health (Legacy) CEO Katy Caldwell will be retiring from her position with the organization on December 31, 2021. Caldwell has been a driving force for Legacy. She began her journey as a volunteer for the Montrose Clinic, which later became Legacy Community Health, helping friends get the care they needed during the HIV/AIDS crisis in the 1980s. In 1996 she was hired as the Executive Director of the Montrose Clinic, which provided HIV/AIDS care out of a small house located on Westheimer Road.
