Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) is a Federal program that offers programs and services to people living with HIV to help them live healthier lives regardless of their ability to pay. More than 50% of people with diagnosed HIV – about a half million people – receive services through the RWHAP each year.  The program also helps diagnose, treat, prevent, and respond to end the HIV epidemic in the U.S.

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 31, 2024

Dear Patients,

Effective October 31, 2024, The Montrose Center will no longer provide case management services for Ryan White patients at Legacy Community Health Clinic. We understand the importance of these services, and we want to ensure that you continue to receive the support you need during this transition.

Legacy is working to build a new team of qualified professionals to offer case management services. In the meantime, patients seeking case management support will be referred to external organizations well-versed in providing resources for rental and utility assistance, housing assistance, dental services, food pantry services and other social service needs.
