Continued Learning Series
Every quarter, all support staff and providers have blocked time for training. We highlight training topics that cross over many roles in the clinic. Having protected time allows us to highlight the importance of training together, to better support our patients.
Provider Advisory Group
A group of multi-specialty Legacy providers not currently in leadership roles, meet with Human Resources monthly to discuss, evaluate, and provider recommendations regarding workplace systems, processes, and practices that promote quality, safety, positive patient and colleague interaction, and work-life balance.
Committees
Quality Committee: Clinical, Operational, and Quality leaders meet monthly to evaluate and implement action steps upon reviewing identified metrics as it is affected by clinical and operations.
Operations Committee: Leaders across Clinical, Operations, HR, and IT review and approve operational procedures that impact the agency.
Patient Safety Committee: A platform for medical and nursing leadership to discuss, across disciplines, findings that provide opportunity for improvement of patient quality of care and safety.
